🡪 Sakarun Beach, Dugi Otok, Croatia
Sakarun Beach is often ranked among the most beautiful beaches in Europe due to its “Caribbean flair†which is not very common in the middle of Europe. The beach is located on the Croatian island Dugi otok, which is a part of the Zadar archipelago on the Dalmatian coast, and has enough space for all of the curious tourists! Its Mediterranean-scented pine forests provide cool shade and there are also nice beach bars for chilling.
🡪 Navagio Beach, Zakynthos, Greece
Navagio Beach, also named Shipwreck Beach, is one of the most commonly photographed beaches in Greece due to an abandoned ship located there since the 1980s. The rumor has it that the ship, built in 1937, was once a smuggler ship smuggling cigarettes, wine and even humans, but it is not entirely clear how it ended up on the beach.
